Rental Requirements

5 YEAR RENTAL HISTORY, NO EVICTION, NO BANKRUPTCIES, INCOME 3 TIMES THE RENT, CREDIT LINES (paid as agreed), IF EMPLOYED (1 year verifiable history).

Thank you for your interest in applying with Crestwave Property Management. In order to process your application, and verify credit information, we require copies of the following:

  • Copy of government issued photo I.D
  • 2 paycheck stubs or income verification
  • Social security card or other official identification

Other Requirements:

  • Be sure that the application is filled out COMPLETELY.
  • All applications, on government assistance must provide written verification from the agency from which they receive assistance
  • Once accepted for one of our rental properties, the first rent due and deposits must be paid with money order or cashiers check.
  • Personal checks will be accepted after the initial rent and deposit payments
  • Once accepted for a property, all applicants of legal age (18) must be present to sign the rental agreement and/or roommate agreement before the keys to the property can be released to you.
  • A pet deposit of $650.00 to be added to the regular security deposit

The non-refundable application fee must be paid in cash, cashiers check, or money order. This is NOT a deposit it is a fee. $40 per APPLICANT
